About the Lessons...

Hi there! My name is Rusty Collins and I provide guitar lessons for all ages and abilities. I've been playing the guitar since I was a teenager and formed my first band in high school. Then I was in a few college bands, had kids, gave up live music, and have since honed my skills over the last 25 years. My guitar playing was born with the Blues; then it kick started with Rock-n-Roll, electric guitars, feedback and volume; and continued evolving through jamming, acoustic, finger picking, 12-string, bass guitar, and ukulele.

All of my lessons are catered to the student and where they are at knowledge and ability wise. I am very patient and am a good teacher and communicator, plus I am a lot of fun! I'm a good listener and will teach you what you want to learn.

All Ages and Abilities!!

Lessons are either located at my house in Commerce City, or I can come to your home for an additional trip fee.

Your First Lesson is Free!!

TESTIMONIALS

Thank you so much for taking the time to give a presentation on the role the Extension Service has
played in Colorado for our Colorado Heritage Club.  The comments of those attending have been very
positive.  They not only enjoyed it, but they were pleased that they had learned a lot, too.
Additionally, I appreciated your assistance and prep work over a 6 month period prior to the program to
make sure that the program met our needs, etc.
You have been a helpful resource and you delivered a great presentation as only an experienced
professional can do.
